The Moon Calendar is designed to help folks keep track of and live in harmony with the cycles of the moon. Lunar patterns can influence our body, mind, and spirit, and living in accordance with these tides can help to support our growth, creativity, inspiration, and productivity. The Moon Calendar is an excellent way to connect with natural cycles and get to know the phases of the moon. It is also an excellent place to keep track of one’s menstrual cycle, mental-emotional, and other of life’s patterns.

The 2022 Moon Calendar integrates the themes, impulses, and energies of each moon phase into diverse aspects of our lives. Each of the four moon phases correlates to a season of the solar year, one of the four elements of Earth, Air, Fire, and Water, and all of Nature’s energetic actions and impulses as they are experienced in the world around us and within our own psyches. Each moon phase also correlates to plants that grow in abundance during the corresponding solar season and that we may draw upon for support for our personal or collective transitions.

While many of us are asking pivotal questions of ourselves and others in this time of collective and personal movement towards evolution and liberation, the constantly changing cycle of the moon mirrors the necessary processes of the growth, transformation, and freedom that we seek. To feel the energy of the moon in all that is around and within us is to begin to engage in the work of cycles—out of which we may find within each aspect of our lives the inspiration to dig deeper and transform more fully. The 2022 Moon Calendar is a toe-dipping invitation into the world of the lunation cycle, to see it reflected in all that is and to engage in the deep mystery of our own cycles as they transpire daily, weekly, moonly, and yearly.
