But for some of us getting a good night’s sleep is not as simple as carving out the time for a restful 8 or 9 hours. Many of us need help falling asleep and staying asleep. Inspired by observing my 3 month old daughter’s sleeping and waking patters, in this podcast I explain how and why good quality sleep is part of a lifestyle that prioritizes relaxation, time management and good routines. Included in this holistic protocol are herbs and other tools to promote deeply restful and restorative sleep and tips on how to incorporate them into your daily life.
