The solids are then strained off and what is left is pure butterfat, called Ghee. Ghee has numerous health benefits; it is anti-inflammatory, helps to heal the gut lining, supports absorption and distribution of nutrients in the body, and contains healthy fats that nourish the adrenal and endocrine systems, amongst others.
