The Herbs for Menstruation poster is a re-creation of the herbal wisdom originally included on our (first ever!) 2012 moon calendar!  All these years later we still have folks asking about it…and here it is!  The Herbs for Menstruation poster profiles the medical uses of five herbs to promote menstrual health and how to prepare them as teas and infusions.  This poster is a gentle, supportive and empowering tool for those who menstruate!
